About Aircon Contractors

Why this site exists

Most aircon problems in Singapore are simple. Water dripping? Probably a blocked drain pipe. Not cold? Dirty filter. But most people don't know that, so they call a technician, wait half a day, and pay $60-$100 for something they could have fixed in 15 minutes.

We made this site so you can figure out whether your aircon problem is a quick fix or something that genuinely needs a pro. If it does need a pro, we list contractors with real phone numbers so you can call them directly.

What this site is (and isn't)

We're a website with troubleshooting guides and a contractor directory. That's it. We don't do repairs, installations, or servicing ourselves.

The contractor directory lists real Singapore companies with publicly available contact details. Nobody pays to be listed, nobody pays to be ranked higher, and we don't get referral fees. If a contractor does bad work, that's between you and them.

About the guides

Singapore's humidity (regularly above 80%) makes aircon problems here different from most other countries. Mould grows faster, drainage clogs quicker, and compressors work harder year-round. The guides are written with that in mind.

Pricing figures come from comparing rates across multiple contractors and are updated periodically. Your actual quote will depend on the brand, unit age, and how much work is involved.
